Why Attend

Learn about the methods and tools that will help make your organization more productive, more transparent and brim with teamwork. All instructional materials will be provided. For example:

  • The ‘Transformation Triangle’ of policies, culture and tools that helped one company lower employee turnover rate from 30% to consistently under 5% and go from no growth to accelerating growth.
  • The  ‘Aspiration Engine’ problem solving method that helps create better teamwork and a stronger organization through improved team transparency, responsibility and trust.
  • The ‘Visual Programming’ tools of Kintone that has helped hundreds of non-profits to transform their operations quickly and inexpensively to be more centralized, collaborative and productive allowing teams to focus on the causes that really matter.

Connect and network with like-minded changemakers who are having, and want to have a positive impact on their teams, organizations and society through better technology and teamwork, and who align with our mission to help ‘Make Organizations and Society Brim with Teamwork’.

At Kintone Connect, I get to meet other people in the field, to learn what everybody else is doing, and I get to take that back and make our organization stronger by it.”  – Shubha Rao – Global G.L.O.W (Girls Leading Our World), 501c3

What is the Social Impact Challenge?

This year we are putting teamwork into action with our 2019 Social Impact Challenge, which is focused on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #2: Zero Hunger. In particular, we are focused on youth hunger in US cities.

In Los Angeles, 25% of youth are at chronic risk of hunger. In San Francisco, it’s 28%, and in Chicago, 20%. These numbers aren’t just too high – they shouldn’t be statistics, to begin with.

We’ve teamed up with Caravan Studios, a division of TechSoup, to work with issue experts, community leaders, and individuals like you to help develop solutions to take us one step closer to ending childhood hunger by 2030.

At Kintone Connect LA, Boston & Chicago, we’ll ask you to participate in the process, as you’ll hear about and see the big solution concepts developed by a team of community experts on youth hunger using tech & teamwork, and be asked to provide feedback on the ideas and vote on the solution you think will have the most impact.

The solution concept with the most votes will be announced at the Kintone Connect series finale in San Francisco and will be created by Kintone and given back to the community members and organizations needing it. Learn more about the Social Impact Challenge here.
